I might close/reopen this clan as the over all concept was not the plannes succes and needs some deeper readjustment. While the idea of a imroved police etc. unit didnt succed, due to a large ammount of interested people that were already on other clans, a overestimated support/memberbase from my older clan (an other clan i founded 2014 in another game long story) and further lacks, missclaculations etc,
im planning on changing the concept to be less tight, and not as cohesive.
A new clan would not understand himself as a training group or whatever. The new concept would probably be a government workers union.
GWU? probably not the best name well see.
A Union would enable me/us to:
- have informal participations and memberships (people who are already part of a older clan etc)
- replace a intergouvernmental and unrealistic rank system witha role system (a head, some uninon-delegates/ish people, and basic members)
- offer trainings, consultements, supplies and other services in a more loose and realistic manner

the GWU or however i gonna call it will then provide:
- trainings (such as driving parkours, a killhouse, ems dolls made out of lays bags etc.)
- stations and supplies (Dupes for fully functional and decorated EMS, FD, PD and Hospital facilitys)
- consultment (
- GWU could also step in as a solid union (even though strike rp isnt really a thing/officials cant strike - GWU could be used as a lobby to discuss and enforce Government workers interests [diplomatic talks over demotions, the abuse of government authority, organisations of civilian picknick and campingtours for its members])

Over all id prefer this variation as it enables me to have a loose leadership setting up a wide range of events and services rather then having a strict lead over a solid and unagile unit. It would also be a huge advantage reagding the recuitment and control of members, associates and friends. I rather be a one men army setting up a event/scenario for all people rather then beeig a pseudo unitstucked in internal diplomacy.

Ill make a official and full post when im done with the planing and set up the new one. If anyone comes up with a better idea than GWU i might take it to consideration.
