Suggestion for the Forum.

In detail, explain your suggestion:

Add an 'Exploits' sub forum in the 'Bugs' Forum.

Why should this be implemented?

 Because its needed, simple as really. People need a place to put the threads about Exploits, even if you dont want them to be public.
