Suggestion for gamemode,

In detail, explain your suggestion:

Alright I feel the current government system could be improved dramatically, I have a few suggestions which I am going to cram into one super thread but separating these suggestions for ease.

Government Taxes Fund

My first suggestion is that instead of a president receiving taxes directly, a government fund should be created with all the money from taxes, contraband destruction, fines etc going into one pot spendable by the President.

This would require an interface for the President - possibly vice president - to use displaying the taxes paid in costs for funding the government e.g. wages for all government personnel as well as equipment for the government. The president should be able to distribute his money between all his sectors as he sees fit but should not be able to take large amount of money from this fund. My personnel opinion being that the president should be able to take some money from it, e.g. personnel protection, living costs etc. Aswell as dictators spending money on luxuries. The president should have the choice to display the tax spending to the server in F1 if he wishes.

Police + SWAT Loadouts

Police and SWAT should be offered money to spend on equipment, they should have an interface to choose what weapons they wish to use any modifications they want on the weapons, ceramic vests available etc. The President should be able to modify how much the Police and SWAT have to spend with the money for the teams being split across all members equally. Also the limit on Police/SWAT should only be reachable if there is enough money in the fund to pay their wages and give them an $1000 allowance. If there isn't enough money directed to the teams then there the limit of Police wouldn't be able to reached. I.e Server is full 7 Police jobs available however the Police haven't been offered enough money to hire 7 People, even though the server is full 7 slots shouldn't be available until there is enough money to fund them.

Government vehicles should also cost around 300$ to spawn from the tax money pot. And resupplies should cost around 50$ each. Government should also have free garage costs so free repairs, fuel and color changes this would also be deducted from the tax fund.

The Option to pay taxes:

There should be an option/ability to avoid paying taxes to the government, this should be a simple command for underground teams and for citizens should require a degree of sorts purchasable or something (input from community would be brilliant here)

Refusing to pay taxes would lead to an arrest warrant being placed upon the player, possibly depending on degree level or perhaps chance will depend on how easy it is to get caught. All new taxes proposed in this suggestion should also be avoidable.

Property Tax:

Upon the ownership of a property (any door) players should be expected to pay a property tax to help fund government services (council tax if you will) This tax would accumulate to something near 100$ per payday (maybe increasing if more doors are owned) Again this tax should be available.

Vehicle Tax:

Upon the use of a vehicle a road tax should be payable to the government, something near the range of 25$ a payday.

Again this should be avoidable, but in this case a vehicle should be flagged up on ANPR if no tax is on record.

Funding:

A new president/government should be offered around $25,000 to begin with, a president should not be able to withdraw underneath this point.

Government funds should be added too by contraband being destroyed, fires put out, revivals. Jobs should still receive their award for this.

All the taxes should also add to the fund system.

+support This is something I think most people want. It will just be a lot of work to implement. But the idea would make being a president less boring.

about the Tax Part

There should be a command /autopaytax that will automaticlly pay the tax

For players who are not Paying tax will be a warning first sent in their chatbox (or somwhere else) "Pay your tax or you get punished /autopaytax"

If the player is still not paying the Tax, he will get a autimatic Arrest Warrant.
Criminals can make computers with metal and electrics to trick the "Tax-Computer" and they dont pay tax but the tax system thinks they are doing it, it can also be destroyed and will get a little Money Bonus for Police and it counts like contra to a Perma Illegal thing to own.
