Why should you be unblacklisted?: 

I was blacklisted for a valid reason but I feel that should be a reason to get blacklisted for. The reason was I went into my NLR zone where I had died by crashing my car into a tree (due to major lag spikes).
My point is that I did not see a reason why NLR should apply while the death was cause by myself, In a location far away from anyone, and nobody was role-playing either a chop-chop shop nor even any type of criminal, I thought it would not matter if I was to take my car as it would not interfere with nobody's RP. I would wait full 10 minutes if there was at least one person who could possibly interact either with my death scene or my car, but to be honest there was nobody who would interfere with none of the above.

EDIT: 30 minutes later nobody stole my car, it was found where it left.

I explained it here and I'll explain it again. Rules are rules.
Whilst I understand your point, you still knowingly broke a rule and attempted to justify it.
You used OOC information (to see if there were any chopshops/thieves) to drive your actions into breaking a different rule: NLR.

There could well have been another player who had seen you die and return to your car, and hence you were not setting a good precedent for a player of 147 hours (at that time).

I gave you a punishment of 2 hours from NLR Spawning because you showed me that you cannot follow the rules put in place.
As it is, this blacklist is meagre in proportion to your hours and experience; if you have any further reasons as to why this blacklist should be removed, I'll keep this thread open for another 48 hours.
