its very hard to get because one there are never any firemen and two there is a very very low chance of getting one.

when i heard about the update i tryed to lockpick one firetruck was left from him in an car accident in my frist time lockpicking it i got it

What does it help you ?

Its protect you from taking damage when you make meth because at one point you will start getting damage without the suit its really helpfull and you can troll people with it :3
