Ok so I see the Firetruck as an error atm yet I do not know how to fix it, I have tried downloading other items off the workshop which have the same skin as the firetruck yet that does not work. I have all the Limelight content packs, they do not fix my issue. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Is it because you have the out-dated fire truck?
If you have all the L2 content backs then you should be able to see it, very odd.

Ah, its fixed now, I just reinstalled all my content packs which then updated them all.
