I think it could be solved pretty easy. Let them be decorated, although when you buy a certain property you are able to delete these world props and when you're not an owner anymore, they appear back again, and so on.

That is a fab idea Freez, I really do like it.
However I may have to look into how much additional stress that would add to the server with mass amounts of props spawning every time a shop is sold.

If it was a simple as you made it sound, you would have had me sold
