Replaced sound/ambient/animal/dog_med_inside_bark_1.wav through 6.wav to get rid of annoying soundscapes caused by Garry. Its just empty wav sounds.

Fixed the dog barking client side, just extract this zip to your Garrysmod/garrysmod folder.
The folder you copy it to should look similar to this:

This fix should work for everyone automatically if the files are added to the FastDL.
