When me and my friend join the V33X Build server it displays this message: Lua Panic!!! Something went horribly wrong!
                                                                                                                                  "Not enough memory"
How would I fix this???

The same happens to me and a friend of mine, I don't think it's a clientside issue but I may be wrong. Hope there's a solution for this

I had this issue a while ago.

Never found out the root cause, although I deleted the game as well as all local files.

Something to do with the swat van (shared lua file) on the 33x build server at least.
Didn't manage to catch the full error.
