Firstly, I would like to state that this is not an explicit ban request, It's just that right now he isn't on the server, so I can't have an admin resolve it.
It started when I was based in the used car dealership and I was just contrafarming as a rebel, when I am introduced with footsteps behind the building, It's clem, as a Criminal. He did not break any rule when he raided me, killed me, destroyed my contra and sold off the 13 weed sitting in the base that I couldn't sell.
But, when I move out of the base and set up a base at UM, I am again met with Clem, but he tped into the base behind me behind the silos and walked behind the cabin in the far corner, where he rp'd "having a wee". I was okay with this, but I wanted him out, I pulled out a shotgun and told him to leave immeadiately, where he seems to do so okay, but, instead of running out, he walks out and sends a message to someone, where I am then met with the true power of an AWM, I am then killed by someone that I didn't even know was there or where he was, and then I am looted for my shotgun and they leave.
I did not shoot the Shotgun once, I played fearRP and then I am killed.
Evidence: I do not have any screenshots on me, as I didn't think at the time when he was rp'ing a wee in my base, that it would come to me being shot with an AWM.

This happens with me and wrabbie, we were criminals. We heard your contra. I didnt even had guns, i just lockpicked the door after i heard your contra. So i stay outside car dealer after lockpick. Then wrabbie get into the car dealer and you lost shotout with wrabbie. Thats it.

Also in the UM you got REKT one more time shotgun vs sniper.. sniper won, again you are BR the wrong person. I mean you cant BR anyone to be honest. You just loss the 1 vs 1 at first time and the second time.


OH also, i didnt said taking a wee i typed "im just taking a leek" lol , and i could not TPed ahah i sneak get into UM (that was not covered) and just take a leek in the trees. whats wrong with that? then u point me shotgun, ok i get out base and after that u died to Scar, not even a AWM. Sorry bro, next time, make a decent BR also provide Evidence.

Same as in the UM. They have logs that i didnt ask noone to come kill you and it was not even a AWM.

Also we did not leave. You were the one that after getting killed by Scar, you just disconnect. We stay in the server for more a couple of minutes then we both disconnected.

Indeed what Clementio meantioned, we were doing some burglar rp breaking into houses, atleast trying to do this quietly. So we broke into your house at car dealer first and I saw you with a gun and you shot at me, ( not on me, near me) and I killed you then we robbed your stuff, and left.

Later we saw another base at the UM, I was scouting the area acting like a decoy so you paid more attention towards me in the forest, whilst clementio climbed over your fence using our vehicle, ( not teleported ) then you engage Clementio under fearRP and from my eyes you escort him out your base, then when he is outside I simply shot you in the head with a sniper then you disconnected, I cant really see where any rules were broken.

We had a valid background RP which was approved by brynn which was the admin online at the time

Also, YOu seemed to have paid no attention to the fact that I clearly hadn't even built on the base or put down contra, so what you had done is hunt me down and killed me. I had not even purchased the gate to UM at that point. So, why did you burgle me if you saw nothing but myself there?
