I think that there should be a new hint added to the in-game information bar that reads something similar to "You can use /help <question> to ask any available staff or Teachers questions regarding the server or RP".

I think this would be useful for players who do not often pay attention to the OOC chat. (When we post our OOC advert). And useful for new players who may be online when their isn't any available teachers to post their OOC advert. This could higher the amount of people posting their question in /help rather than using @. (And of course we will still post our /help message in OOC).

The thing is with the information bar, is that it's somewhat hidden. It doesn't appear to jump out at you, so I wonder how useful it'd actually be.

I think a server message in chat could be more beneficial, as I believe there's a higher chance of it being seen.

(Perhaps with an option to turn it off, to avoid the spam?)

I agree with Jono, the serverbar at the top isnt really visible.
