It's not an Exploit at all, people who get kicked for being AFK or sometimmes don't fully join are still showing up on menus like that.

Since he is not fully in the game he wont show up on the Scoreboard BUT the Gamemode already recognized that he is "Somewhere" on the server therefor it shows him on the Door Menu.
