Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>game

In detail, explain your suggestion: Let police leave their headlights on when they exit their vehicle. Currently, there is a timeout which is fairly quick. This can be accomplished through a longer timeout (in case the officer dies) or a command, I don't really care how.

Why should this be implemented?
More realistic policing. It can be used in traffic stops, raids, etc.

When used with other cars it is almost a replacement for spotlights.
