This doesn't really make sense? If you're complaint is that no staff member was on the server when you needed them, you should have gathered sufficient evidence in order to make a ban request. If you needed a member of staff for any other reason such as a question regarding the rules there's usually teachers on the servers (marked by a little graduation hat on the scoreboard) and for anything else you could have popped onto Teampseak and politely asked an admin or mod for assistance.
