Suggestion for In Game.

First Responder Medical Training

Description:
Give Police and Firefighters medical training in order to help save lives.

Since Police are doing a service in helping keep the city safe, it makes sense that they would have some basic medical training, not to mention a First Aid kit in their cruiser. This would allow them to perform First Aid on people injured from things like car crashes. While this won't heal them or keep them from dying, it will slow their death, giving a Medic more time to respond.

Firefighters should have more advanced medical training than Police, and while not as skilled as Paramedics, and lacking some of the tools Paramedics have in their Ambulance, Firefighters should be able to stabilize patients, and allow plenty of time for the often overworked Paramedic to arrive.

TL;DR: Give police the ability to perform first aid on accident victims which reduces how fast the victim's health declines. Give firefighters the ability to perform more extensive first aid and 'stabilise' victims; so they don't lose health.

Why:
This would add realism, and allow for better roleplay. In real life, all First Responders have some degree of medical training, usually because ambulances are the last thing to arrive. This training helps save lives. By adding this to LL, we would increase the odds of surviving a car crash (at least when there is a Paramedic on). In addition, this does not render the Paramedic useless, as they would be the only ones able to revive the victim, Police/Firefighters can only slow/stop the health loss.

+support Nothing more frustrating then standing there waiting for the medic to arrive when I know that I could at least stabilize the victim.

In the US, ain't all fire fighters also trained as EMTs?

I know that in the UK, Firearms Police have to go through First Aid training, and Fire Crews are given FPOS/BLS training

Yes, firefighters are trained in the U.S., as such it would be great to be able to at least stabilize a subject until the EMT arrives.

As someone who has been through FPOS and PFA training,

Fire and Police are trained to save lives, and it makes no sense to have them unable to do so on LL.
