Attention all Weyland-Yutani employees of, WEYLAND-YUTANI 161ST BRANCH (Evocity) - a red Security Alert has been put in place.

This is due to possible large-scale security breaches within Weyland-Yutani Internal Systems, and as a result security at locations is being stepped up and all non-essential web services have been shut down. All Internal Drive keys have been revoked until further notice.

It has been brought to our attention that there has recently been a security breach and a leak of classified informations and materials from Weyland-Yutani's secure servers. This notice is an issue of Cease and Desist in regards to the Helghan Third Army who are responsible for said breach.

We wish to minimise potential hostile consequences and legal actions as well as ramifications to the public health and welfare. Therefore, we ask the Helghan Third Army to comply to the following sections of this Cease and Desist notice:

1) To destroy all digital files and documents taken from Weyland-Yutani's private servers, erase and wipe all hard-drives that held said files and documents and to hand over the wiped hard-drives to Weyland-Yutani personal; Helghan Third Army will be compensated for the loss of these hard-drives

2) To hand over all paper and physical files and documents to Weyland-Yutani personal to be catalogued and procedurally destroyed

3) To sign the legally binding agreement catalogued "Document 33/B9" which pertains to Weyland-Yutani holding the ability to force Helghan Third Army to financially compensate Weyland-Yutani for all unsurrendered files and documents that surface after the surrender and destruction of the stolen files and documents.

Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will force Weyland-Yutani to bring Government forces into the equation who will no doubt halt all operation for with parties and force both parties to give them access to confidential informations. We hope the Helghan Third Army complies with this Cease and Desist notice and as such can make the following days easy and clean for both parties. We also hope for a bright future between Weyland-Yutani and the Helghan Third Army.

For starters, I will say that I thoroughly enjoyed reading your documents, I must say that I am also rather shocked, but I found your experiments and roster to be rather.. Well, unprofessional. I must also say, you all have very thick minds for coming to our home, to our doorstep, to deliver such a message to us.

I'll have you know, I can care less about this.. "Legal" action you threaten us with. You're nothing but pawns in a much larger game, you work only for money and power, yet you do not even consider the fact of your people. You are weak, and you lack the mind and skills of a true dedicated nation.

I will also say, I'm aware of your.. Operations you've been conducting with your injections. Many of your former partners were more than willing to share what they have learned from your corporation. I am very excited to begin this research, from what I have learned from your documents...

More importantly, if you threaten us with such actions again, you will all suffer dearly, and to prove I am even more serious about what I say, I have released these documents to the public. You hide behind your shadow, a man that seeks excuses for his actions, is doomed to fail. I've told your executives that they should be more honest, it seems you've ignored our advice.. We thank the Helghan Third Army for their swift yet childish response and we are happy to announce that Weyland-Yutani shall be inciting legal action. The Helghan Third Army have clearly shown that they purposely and premeditatedly planned an unprovoked attack upon Weyland-Yutani's confidential information and as such we believe it shall be an easy and effective case to be solved through the law.

A report has been made to the Governmental services and plans and dates for the court hearings are being drawn up now. Should the Helghan Third Army fail to comply with these proceedings, Weyland-Yutani will have no need to force them, instead the Government itself will do so and provide the consequences so such.

In regards to the documents you made public, we are quite happy you enjoyed reading about the ranking system of WY-Sec (information that is incidentally already public) and looking through our obsolete rosters and contracts (see the prevalence of the USCM upon said documents, as unit which has as such been discontinued for some time). A message from our CEO, Winston Smith...

Afternoon. I'm sure all of you know, our old CEO, Alexander Heafy has been kidnapped by the Jarvis Group.

While we continue to search for Mr.Heafy, and bring justice to those who have kidnapped him, we must move on and continue our operations, and as such our founder, Peter Weyland has decided to appoint myself as the new Chief Executive Officer. This sadly means that I'll be stepping down as Executive of Security in order to take on this new role.

I'd like to announce that following conversation with myself, Ms Roxanna Drewe, Mr Weyland and Ms Yutani we will be reforming the company and the way it's departmental system works. There will be four Directorates, headed by an Executive. These will be the General Directorate, Administration Directorate, Security Directorate and the Research and Development Directorate. These will each be headed by an executive. For the Administration and Security Directorates it's simply Executive for Administration and Executive for Security, but for our Research and Development Directorate the title will be 'Executive Scientist' and the General Directorate 'General Executive'.

Furthermore, each Directorate will contain departments with different roles relating to the branches of industry they work in, these are:

WEYLAND-YUTANI - END OF AN ERA

For the past 17 years, we've been bringing new and innovative technology, helping in conflicts and providing food, water and aid to those who can't get it themselves. Weyland-Yutani started off in 1998 when the British Weyland Corporation and the Japanese Yutani Corporation merged into the Weyland-Yutani Corporation. We've been running for around 17 years now, and in that time we've achieved some amazing things. We've helped the UN by providing peacekeepers in conflict zones like the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria and Cyprus. During the 2011 Japan Earthquake and Tsunami, we provided humanitarian aid for those affected in the form of 5,000 troops and other personnel as well as well over 100 tons of food and water. During the Fukishima Daichii disaster, we provided specialist personnel as well as assisting the Japanese emergency services in evacuating danger zones, and protecting these danger zones from would-be thieves and criminals hoping to steal items from people's now-empty homes. Weyland-Yutani's R&D Division has created medicine that is not only cheaper than most big pharmaceutical companies, but in most cases more effective, and has distributed it among those who need it as a first priority. In the last 17 years, we've created over three extra-terrestrial colonies including a number of colonies on Mars. What I'm trying to say is; here at Weyland-Yutani, we take pride in building better worlds. So, it's with regret that we finally have to announce the closing of Weyland-Yutani. It's been a good run over the past 17 years, and we've brought light to so many lives. We hope that we will return one day, and continue building a better world, but until then, goodbye and thank you for supporting us.

*Two days later*
Winston Smith looks out over his office in Weyland-Yutani's London headquarters; The Shard. He gets up, taking a final look over the city, and then turns round and reaches for a box on his desk containing his belongings. As he walked to the lift, he thought about his predecessor; Alex Robsin. Would he really have lasted this long in the Corporation? No chance. He was crazy, but then again so must Winston be for agreeing to close the company. He sighed, and pressed 'G' on the lift. As the lift arrived on the ground floor, he was saluted by a line of WY-Sec soldiers as he left the building, unlocking his Porsche Boxster car, and placing the box on the passenger seat, he then inserted the keys and drove off into the London sunset. It would be a long drive back home to Glasgow.
