Description: Discord Banner shows 0 members and ADS banner is offline even when the server is up.
Bug observed since: Today for Discord, Since the start for ADS

Steps to Reproduce: Look at banners.

ADS uses a different system and we need to redo the backend for it to work. By we I mean Internet, and man has his hands full.

Aye, so the issue here is that Arma still uses an older version of the source engine query protocol, but when we updated to support GMod, that broke Arma. We'll need to install both versions, so that'll be a lil bit of a pain to handle but I'm sure we can find a way to do it.
