Elf Command

The ability to set a players size to smaller than the default.

Explain why your suggestion should be implemented:

/setsize or /elf would be such a good addition to many of us passive RPers. I'm certain it was apart of the original code during the split, but was possibly removed or bugged? Maybe I'm misremembering. There's been a few scenarios where my friends and I have wanted to use it (such as an orphanage RP) but have felt like we couldn't RP it accurately due to everyone looking like adults. It would also be useful for holiday seasons such as Christmas, for Santa meet and greets etc. Perhaps it should only be an admin command, or available as an RPP reward. I feel like this would unlock so much RP potential and would love to see it added!
