Prop Placer Tool

Description:
Continuing the list of suggestions for builders and roleplayers,
the prop placer tool allows players to choose a prop and place it with precision.

Why?:
While this tool is not made for building large things, unlike the Advanced Material or Material URL Tool,
it would be useful for players who like placing little environmental storytelling items
around their places of roleplay, such as books on bookshelves, or beer bottles on barshelves, thus further improving roleplay scenarios.
