Title:
Advanced Material | REBORN

Description:
Replace the currently used (and broken) "Advanced Material" tool, with its newer
and more updated counterpart: Advanced Material | REBORN.

Why?:
The old version is currently broken and doesn't work on the server, 
and yet its functionality is desperately needed and requested by builders.

The true question is: Why not?
