Buff woodcutting;

-currently by far the worst method of making money, not even close to anything else
-drop chances way too low; getting 30 pine will only give you 1-2 strong wood
-strong wood is worth 500$, which is a single drop of weed. Doing weed will give you this amount x50 at the start alone, showing how bad woodcutting is

->Higher drop chance for strong wood
->Slightly raise the reward for strong wood & timber

Custom zero point for items spinning in the F1 menu

Allow mechanics with sufficient reps for rep-welding to weld signs. Signs can currently only be welded by admins as far as im aware. There are lost of good uses for it with people advertising their businesses or making custom liverys.
