Shift Happens Update
The "Shift Happens" update introduces the long awaited all-new escort system to CityRP2, along with escort vehicle interaction mechanics and a push feature for dynamic player interactions. These additions bring fresh tools to enhance your roleplay experience with seamless controls and immersive functionality.

I hope you enjoy this update as its been quite the learning curve to work on and produce, hopefully the first of many code-based releases from myself.

Push

Overview
Pushing is now part of your arsenal, Whether you're nudging someone to move along, or adding a little drama to a tense situation, this feature is quick and simple to use.

Escort

Overview

The long awaited escort system has been created to allow grabbing or releasing of players fast and easy. Whether you're detaining someone as a law enforcement or taking a hostage to the safehouse, this feature is as flexible as it is practical.

Key Features

• Targeted Control: Allows you to securely take control of another player, ensuring they stay with you during key moments.
  
• Essential for Roleplay: Adds depth and realism to law enforcement, hostage, or rescue scenarios.
  
• Seamless Integration: Works effortlessly alongside other roleplay features, such as pushing and vehicle interactions.
  

How to Use

• Keybind: To toggle on and off, Look at a player and press

Escorting Into Vehicle

Overview
This new feature makes it easy to place or remove escorted players from vehicles. From seamlessly seating someone in an available passenger seat to safely ejecting them outside, this system is essential for managing detainees or hostages in vehicle-based scenarios.



Features

• Automated Seat Assignment: Automatically finds and assigns the nearest available passenger seat for escorted players.
  
• Safe Ejection: Ensures players removed from vehicles are positioned in a valid, safe spot outside the vehicle.
  

How to Use

• Keybind: While escorting someone, Press the below near a vehicle to place them inside, Use the same to remove them.
