Explain your suggestion, in detail:

Prop Resizer
Adding a tool from the workshop that allows you to resize objects at will, allowing users to build with a whole new level of precision.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...xt=resizer

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
As per my previous suggestion, this is a GAME changer for building and would encourage passive RP. No longer would you have to search for the exact prop needed to fill the gap in your roof, only to find out none of the plates or sprops actually fill the space (resulting in you having to use multiple props). With the prop resizer, all you'd have to do is put down a plate semi-close to the size required and then use the tool to get the required lengthXwidth.

I will be upfront about this tool, it can be unstable and so my suggestion would to put it only on the build server, if it were to be added (of course, it would have to be on both - but be unuseable on the main server). It may also have to be restricted further, so people don't make big props, even bigger (perhaps allowing only plates to be resized).

While I'd love to have this tool, I'm not sure if the unstable nature of it would be great at this current moment.
I also remember it being a bit clunky when it comes to collision on re-sized items?

If we can get it to run reliably this would be amazing with a lot of applications (helping to reduce the avarage propcount of dupes, giving a lot more freedom whlst buildingand more). But if there are performance issues with it, itmaybe wise to wait a litte. As its easier to add sth once its running then to remove a system that has already been in use and has by then become the foundation for tons of dupes.

That beeing said i agree, this would potentially be a game changer,.
