After a thorough investigation of your video, our logs and our other available tools we came to the conclusion that the kill was valid, and in-character.

The reason is the following:

They didn't know who you were and were not able to know as you were masked. You did say you were SSA and showed your ID however during this happening you switched your gun from the safety mode which resulted in you appearing like a threat before your identity was confirmed. This all happened within 4-5 seconds, you said you were ssa, showed id and while showing ID switched gun mode.

SSA's usually do not wear masks as such, and you being dressed in such a fashion caused such a response, however the shooting only started when you pulled your gun out of safety.

In the future what I would advise is to use government radio to at least notify or gain permission regarding the mask.
