Hello Kermit,
I was present as you can see in the footage.
From my perspective you were wearing a mask, your identity was unknown and you were holding a gun.
I saw you change your gun safety so that your gun was pointing at Welker which made me think you were going to shoot him.
The footage shows that you did /showid to Welker, but this would not have given the information about your job to Welker, only your name and a basic physical description of your character.
As it stands, there would have been no way for Welker to have confirmed you were SSA before you changed your gun mode, resulting in you pointing a gun at an SSA Leader with the President and the Vice President in the same room.
I see no abuse here and the in-game actions by Welker are proportionate given the circumstances. I appreciate from your perspective you were actually SSA and this is just a misunderstanding.

I Showed i didnt point my gun on him in POV my gun is pointed to him but my gun says its safe so i want to make sure so i removed and resaved it + i told him i am a SSA he should shot me.

From my perspective this was the point at which he shot you. Your identity was not confirmed as being someone who worked in the SSA, your gun was pointed at Welker so he shot you.
While unfortunate, he had the reasonable suspicion you were going to shoot him, especially seeing as you pointed a gun at him when you went to unsafe.

I see that he shot you, I see that you did not shoot him, though by your own admission you pointed a gun at him.
To clarify my earlier post, we have just tested it in-game and /showid does in fact show a government/emergency services pass but not job titles which I was not aware of.

Thank You For Responding Back I Dont Have Any Video For The Demotion But He Demoted Me Because I Was Wearing A Mask And I Wasnt Listening To Him About taking off the mask because that he demoted me.

Hello,
I gave Kermit multiple opportunities to disarm themselves and remove the mask however this seems to have been conveniently been excluded from the footage provided.
I genuinely had no idea who was trying to barge their way into the Presidents office without any communication/introduction and felt my own characters and the President/Vice President was in danger due to Kermit wearing a balaclava.
I unfortunately do not have any footage of the situation however Kermit was given an opportunity to join in the roleplay in his next life and remove his mask as requested in character however he refused to listen to any orders and made a B-Line for the elevator so I decided to demote him.

As The footage tells you didnt tell me to remove my mask i showed you my id and told you i am an ssa and after that i respawned and told me to remove the mask and then i didnt say anything and you demoted me unless you have a footage of you saying that remove the mask from the beginning before you killed me.

The burden of proof is on you to provide footage. It is not my responsibility to record and store massive video files on my computer on the off chance someone decides to make a report against me.

We've thoroughly investigated the evidence and noticed both through in-game tools and visible through the video you shared that there were microphones being used which can not be heard but seen through the speaker icon.
Would you be able to provide a version of the video that provides the missing audio?

As i see the microphone in the clip is used for me if its used for me then it should used for him i mean its a clip with voice as you can hear me voice in the clip he was not speaking as the end of the clip you hear that the president the vice president are talking which means it was provided.
