Description: User Profile Banner does not display image/GIF. Profile Picture displays default however works on post headers.
Bug observed since: N/A (Presume this has been like this for a while)

- Profile Avatar fixed: Now avatars are displayed on profiles correctly again.
- Regarding the banner: This is yet to be investigated
