Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow the President to equip cameras... (I assume other jobs aren't able to hold them either - Not tested)

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Why can't the president have a camera? I like to take pictures of birds.
(Was confirmed to not be a bug)

I presume from the popup this is for all Gov Jobs, would allow crime scene RPs etc.

I was able to equip it as a police officer. No idea why it'd be blocked for any job tbh.
