Description: You can get the default loadout if you respawn after being stuck, even though you have chosen a different one at the beginning.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Equip a loadout different than default Chief's loadout
   
2. Holster a car and try to get a "You are stuck. Press jump to respawn" message
   
3. Boom, you spawn with the loadout chosen before + default one.
   

I know this bug report Is useless, who wouldn't enjoy 2 main guns and pistols but hey, I love destroying fun.

Note: to remove the previous loadout before the respawn just /resupply at any locker or vehicle that supports it and it will reset you to the base police chief loadout the mp5 one
