Explain your suggestion, in detail:So we made a form to make a PR why don't we do it for unban reports/warning appeals/staff report/unblacklist report.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Because it helps new player report rule breaker easier
And it stops stupid player reports/unban request.

It does ping the accused now, if they have a forum account. I'll be working to implement it so that it pings players ingame too.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Convenience, makes life easier and stops people posting a suggestion/bug without the template.
