Summary: We were having a fair shootout with the police and when we were defeated brave soldier stepped in the building as a civilian and started laughing at dead bodies, while it was an ongoing scene
Not only did he laugh at dead bodies which is failRp he also was not fearing that his life that might be in danger in such a situation, pretty brave tho.

First of all you both were dead. and i was cheering the police officers for killing the gangsters and lets not forget that you shot me with out reason in there...

i wasn't runing to the shootout i was watching and you decided to shoot me with out any reason.
and also i rushed when u both died so i have chance to cheer the officers.

Brave, you shouldn't have stayed in the area and is evidently you not fearing for your life, especially after you got shot due to your presence. 

You'll be issued a one day suspension for this  offence, I am being extremely lenient here especially as you have a large history with this rule. Cut it out.
