Server [EU Live/EU Build/Event]: live
Description: PoliceDB sometimes does not show people's government pass
Bug observed since: time of posting
Images/Screenshots: not needed
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open PoliceDB
2. Search someone you know has a pass in it
3. It may or may not show their pass

Usually if it does it for someone it will keep doing it every time
