you haven't put much effort into your appeal and with you having two ToS cases on your record. Permanent bans aren't handed out lightly and thus they aren't lifted lightly as they are well, permanent.
you've really not giving me any incentives to un-ban you. I've been playing on garrys mod cityRP a long time and a lot of that time has been as staff but regardless of my position I've never experienced or even heard of someone scamming to this magnitude.
