Server [EU Live/EU Build/Event]: EU Live
Description: Sometimes firetrucks will not despawn upon entering them as the wrong job (such as Citizen)
Bug observed since: Yesterday
Images/Screenshots: N/A
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go Firefighter or Fire Chief
2. Spawn in a Fire Engine
3. Go to the Citizen job without despawning your truck at AMPM
4. Attempt to enter your truck as citizen.

2x5 spawned as fire chief:
as fire chief, all remain spawned, as intended.
as fire fighter, 2 despawn, others remain, as intended. (other 3 are deleted, leaving 1 full set)
3 spawned as fire fighter.
2 x 3 (main) + 2 (chief only)

as citizen
neither fire engine despawns
all others do.

Item ID in the carRemoves table had uppercase stringing. Fixed in PR.
