After reviewing this case I thought it would be best to dig through the logs and get a full context of what happened, Replay is showing me that Cicero did, in fact, chase him down from main st. and even rammed him 10 ish seconds before, then lining up to purposely ram him again after which he tries to drive off breaking FearRP. 

You have an extensive history of breaking FearRP and ill add another 14 days on top of the one you already have.

As for you lying and cutting the video in an attempt to mislead staff and frame another player, I'll place a forum warning on you (50%)
