1. nothing were busy, no people to see even on the vid, but nt and it still dosnt have anything to do with your d/c
2. i pointed my gun before the car despawned and still you had 4seconds to react

I'd agree if the server was busy, though there was little players online and hardly any around mainstreet.

I can understand you where not able to see him and your back was facing during the time the firearm was pulled out, therefore you'll be issued a verbal warning. Though, a reminder to be a bit more vigilant and make sure your sound is up to prevent another situation like this.
