Summary: After i got a second weapons blacklist they came along saying "Another one" i asked them to stop but they wouldnt. Then @MrMarsh‍ came along and asked what was happening with the "Another one" thing and Cicero said he doesnt know. This was a lie as not long before he sent me a private message on discord which had DJ Khalid saying "Another one" below a picture of my blacklist.

You get what you give, if anything you gave what more then I gave you. Not my fault 'another one' is your trigger word.
You never asked me to stop, but you got your friend to tase me as a cop.
What I said to Marsh is I was referencing DJ Khalid, which I was. He dealt with this in game don't make a report because you don't like the outcome.

Well actually, Ketchup was PMing me first. He was harassing me because I reported him for RDM and he got BL. Don't expect to harass people and not get anything back.

I find this input fairly interesting to be honest. I dont see how this would be unrelated to the conflict.
And i have to admit that i am a little dissapointed in the conduct displayed by both parties here:

If you dont get along with each other then stay away/ignore one another. It is as simple as that. There is no need for Cicero & Zoomies to harass Ketchup - or call him "kid" etc. nor is there need for Ketchup to fall for that and reply with comments about the mental status of ciceros friends. It is safe to say that both failed to solve this adequatly.

Since most of this (except for the rope-spam and parts of the further communication between both of you) has been dealt with ingame ill close this report with the following conclusion:

- Apex will recieve a forum warning for trolling inside the courthouse as your first comment in this thread is just perpetuating the issue that was initially reported in a more then blatant manner.


- Ketchup and Cicero/iDankali will both be warned informally through this reply. I dont think it is in the interest of either of you to pick up warnings or even more severe penaltys over behavior like the one displayed. Even if most of this is technicly in character im sure you could solve your differences more appropriately.

- Cicero will be advised that ropespamming is prohibited

It is safe to say that neither of you managed to keep the upper hand (in a moral sense) throughout this fight. I can understand that you may have some differences and i can understand that you would like to see consequences to the slanderous conduct of the other party.
Though if none of you manages to keep the highground ill be left having to punish all of you.

I doubt that is in everyones interest and thus ill leave you with one more chance to proof that you guys are capable of conducting yourself properly. This will probably be the last one though as you have to be aware that some of this conduct is intolerable.
