[font=Impact]The History of the Militia:[/font]
[font=Impact]The Militia was started by Waraabe, nickname 'Shehel' he was apart of the Somalian Army and rose through the ranks and became a successful leader within the Army, however one day the Voodoo contacted him and told him he was much stronger and needs to create his own Militia to serve him. The Voodoo offered protection in return for Waraabe to serve him, knowing that the the many war crimes Waraabe has committed and the ties he's had with certain people would make himself a primary target to many people he obeyed and started his Militia in Somalia. He convinced his powerful allies to join him, this only grew the reputation of the Militia. He started by committing genocide on villages where people did not follow the Voodoo ways. He had a special ritual the Voodoo told him he must do before any battle to grant him and his Militia powers to not fall in the battle! [/font]
[font=Impact]One day Waraabe was sent to Rwanda to help the HUTU power movement as the Voodoo supported them, as the Tutsi faction killed the Hutu President who was a influential man in the Voodoo religion! However one day, the UN attacked when they weren't expecting and they had not performed the ritual to grant them defensive powers. The UN wiped out more then 15,000 of the Militia, this caused them to flee, however the UN was still in the only place Waraabe had to seek safety, the UN was dealing with the MPLA conflict that Waraabe helped in Angola. With no where to go Waraabe and his allies left his Militia and left and sneaked onto a plane out of Africa. This is where they found themselves in Evo City. Waraabe and his refugee Warlords came and seized the land from the hillbilly's at Little Village and started to make there compound as they can't show their faces to the Government for refuge in risk of being captured, deported and tried for his mass genocides and war crimes! The Voodoo told Waraabe he needs to stay here, the Voodoo needs more status in other countries. So Waraabe and his men stayed and recruited for the next chapter of what the Voodoo wants of him![/font]


[font=Impact]The Voodoo ritual:[/font]
The ritual to get the defensive Voodoo powers goes as follows:
1) Kidnap a person from the next place you will raid, (preferably a child as their youth keeps the Voodoo young as an Old Voodoo is considered weak] 
2) Cut the persons heart out while they are alive.
3) Consume the heart, this will complete the ritual and will satisfy the Voodoo, rewarding the Militia with protection.

Also having an african militia in evocity makes no sense. Why not focus on the voodoo theme and use that to make something fully functional and to use as an rp base.

The africa militia is the organisational branding and is not reflective of the individuals within the clan that adopt african customs as tribute to the original cause. The group of militia members within evo city are of african heritage and operate by using radicalization to recruit members into the organisation. Very legitimate background that mirrors the real life methodology of case studies with regards to radicalization and operation.
