A long time
After just about 40h of construction it is finally open for business. Yes many of you already came by to check it out. Some of you i had to turn away whilst others like the great Chong Lee gave good adviced (and thus will forever be commemorated on the men restrooms's wall of fame). And no - if you saw about 20 different chairs, cakes and kitchen applications floating around you were not missing the content....
well its been a long project but im quite confident it was worth the time.

A good time
Well The Waterfront Diner is finally open for business. And it will bring everything you would want in a classic diner: Sweet rockmusic, a polltable, scenic views, greasy menus, day old pastry, comfy booths, dingy restrooms and more. Basicly anything you would need for a good time, wether you are dropping in for a quick snack between shifts, treating your family or special someone to a night out or wether you just want to get wasted and see if you can beat that strange looking dude from across the counter (wether its in a game of pool, or in the parkinglot).

Events / Specials
Did you say Pool?
Yes - the current table is a dummy (we are still waiting for the real one to be shipped) but the diner will feature a working pooltable or airhockey. So you keep yourself busy or even entertain that gambling addiction of yours.

Karaoke/Dancing
We wouldnt run an streetworthy business if there wouldnt be any music. Wether you are more in to Karaoke or Dancing, there will be special programs you'll most certainly enjoy.

We are celebrating our grand opening today (January 30th) around 19:00 gmt+1. All drinks served during the opening are on house* and we will put on some neat music - sadly the pooltable did not come in yet (likely some customs issues with our hong chongian supplier)

*as long as they are ordered in reasonable quantities

It has been a truely great evening. The Pooltable came in just in time, an unexpected musical act rocked the Diner and even the two police incidents (which lets be honest actually contributed to the overall atmosphere) went by without any disturbance. We sped through a ton of booze and, thanks to your generous tips still made a small profit. We discovered a rising star in evos musical scene, some dsicovered sweet love (though a fair bit of booze may have been involved) and Ronald Dawn made a name for himself as our - almost - undefeated Pool legend.
