Summary: Ace♠ (STEAM_0:0:108038817) broke Fear RP, while he was under gun point by two officers and failed to follow their orders

Finerz03 (STEAM_0:0:196919615) had shot Ace without a valid RP reason to do so, the man was unarmed and didn't pose a threat.
GoodVibesGecko (STEAM_0:1:505237618) had also shot Ace without a valid RP reason to do so, the man was unarmed and didn't pose a threat.
They both violated:
11.7 - You cannot kill unarmed people or those who no longer pose a threat (injured, unconscious, handcuffed, etc). The only exception is if there is a dictator who orders an execution or capital punishment for an appropriate crime has been issued. You can shoot at fleeing vehicles only if the drivers are armed and dangerous or if they are clearly a threat to citizen/officers with the way they are driving.

I see that Ace broke into Huge_Poo's Hummer less than a minute after he spawned. His RP reason for stealing the car is therefore questionable. 

He was definitely unarmed though, the logs show he did not have a weapon.

I will give the accused a day or so to respond, but 2 of the 3 do not have forum accounts so that is not likely.
