Why did you fire upon a gentleman that was clearly helping your police officer, why did you not go up to them as ask what was going on first?

Also, are you creating this report on behalf of "PC Gamer" as he was the one who was shot? If so, have you received permission from him to do this?

Can you fully explain what the situation between you and PC Gamer was about for some context, as right now from my point of view  you both shot an unarmed man to the point of injury randomly.

i opend fire on him becose he just killed a unarmed man in public, he clearly wasnot helping the officer, unless the officer was currout (wich he clearly was, due to the fact he killed his chief(ME) and sat there did nothing about dank killing the man

Just to clear up a few points here:

-1, Police ride alongs DO NOT carry any form of weapon at all

There's nothing in the rules to say they aren't allowed to do this.

-4, Gecko Pd ridalongs only are alloud with permission with the chief

Again, nothing in the rules to say that they have to do this, though it would make sense RP wise of course.

-1, Realisticly even if licenced nobody would be alloud guns with a officer, for officer's saftey

-2, IRL officer's/deputys dont just go around allowing ride alongs, they would have to go to supervisors etc

I'm not issuing any punishments for this situation, however, I have some learning points I want all three of you to take on board for the next time something like this occurs again.

@Riggs - Like I've already stated, there's nothing in our rules that says a person that is working with an officer cannot have a weapon nor cannot work together without the chiefs permission. This may not be the case IRL, however, as far as our server goes this is acceptable.

I would also like to see you at least attempt to speak to @"iDankCai" and to your officer to figure out what's happened instead of immediately shooting them. Your video very clearly shows the two of them standing together, therefore they are very likely to be working together.

@"iDankCai" (And by extension GoodVibesGecko) - I understand it can be pretty frustrating if there is someone rule breaking on the server and you can't see that any staff are online, however please try to not take matters into your own hands. Make a player report on the accused so we can deal with this properly instead.
