After an internal discussion and lack of sufficient evidence other than merely 10 second long videos, we came to the conclusion that no rule was violated. At least not to an extend that would justify a punishment.

Be reasonable with your IC actions is all I can say here. It was - to an extend - justified that you got tased, as you were getting yourself in danger as president. And it's the SSA's job to keep you safe.
