Since you have been in touch with staff about this previously but it hadn't been followed up on and your honesty about these accounts, alongside your record which isn't bad at all with only two bans beforehand I'm inclined to believe your story that you wanted to escape certain individuals on the server. What I do have a problem with though, is that you used these accounts to gain an advantage over others.
I will not lift your ban fully but instead, I will shorten it down to a month, It will also remain on your record. Do note, should you break the terms of service again it will be
very hard for you to appeal this.
