3.1 - What, you refused to follow your chiefs orders and blocked me from leaving a scene so I scared you to get you to move which is reasonable and fits within the character.

3.3 - No that's just not applicable you instigated the scenario and everything was within context.

4.1 - I didn't bring up how I died, I was outside my NLR zone and I didn't interact with anyone that was involved. The car was moved for other reasons. The rule says nothing about "you forget you own a car".

5.1 - I was breaking. The intent was to scare you to get you to move which you did initially but continued to shoot anyway.

No rule has been broken. This report is petty.

I'd just like to make clear since the report does not. I did not enter the NLR zone to get the car. Another MCSO officer moved it so it was not blocking the road.

Alright gentleman, since this seems to have become a bit of a pissing contest lets stop it here because neither of you are going to win this back and forth bickering. Reference forum - courthouse rules and under general reference both rules 4 and 7. You both have turned this into a back and forth banter to see who has the biggest ... and frankly it's a waste of time.

Starting with the accusation of CDM there was no active injury or cause of death so I'm not enforcing it but the kill was valid in that Dav1d felt threatened and defended himself with the vehicle coming directly at him.

As for the primary concern of all this which is NLR breakage I will agree with Dav1d that there was some testing of the rules there. While I disagree with the argument you can't remember where your vehicle is (due to in - game limitations of only spawning one vehicle) based on the video provided you probably could have waited a bit longer before driving through the tunnel. Your vehicle was in - fact moved out of your NLR @ tunnel and I have no issue that you claimed it but I don't see a reason you needed to immediately return to the city and risk driving back through the check point where you had just been killed. Had the check point still been active it would have required you interacting with the involved players again thus causing a legitimate breakage of NLR.

Ultimately I think both parties have turned this situation into a much bigger deal than it needed to be and this could have been handled in a much better way. I see no reason to issue an active punishment at this time but I'd like this to be taken as both a reminder to use the courthouse forums appropriately and also avoid immediately passing through an NLR area after dying. It's one thing to claim your vehicle outside of NLR, it's another to drive right through the area you just died with the players involved still int the area.
