The sub-menu for the Precision tool in the tools menu has disappeared almost completely.

Bug observed since:
For about two days now, while sometimes re-appearing again.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1.) Join the server.
2.) Open up the tools menu
3.) Select the Precision tool.
