yes but when he talked with us u told him about the 
video and i explained to marsh why i broke fairRP and then he just gave me warrant like i mean marshed saw every thing we wrote on OOC and we been talking about the fairRP for Ages

I will conclude this PR.

The clip shows a fairly minor case of fear rp that i am almost certain has been discussed ingame (it is certain that we would have been able to discuss it ingame). If a penalty (even an informal one) has been applied i dont intent to overwrite it.

I think its for the benefit of all the people involved in this PR (including me) if those reports are handed in in a somewhat timely manner. Especially considering that the attached video was share ingame, at the very same day the incident occured.
I am quite certain that Brave has been advised on this conduct.

I also like to add that PRs are not memes. Granted the nature of this discussion has been fair and mostly sober, and the meme part of the evidenc somewhat small/redundant but i dont think its nescessary.
