"do not leave them tied up in a room alone" the cop i hostaged was never alone, the other dude was there and he untied him the second i left the scene. i even told him to untie him after i left 

not to mention a staff member (pinky) was online at the time i think and you didnt seem to do an @ call

Thats is correct that i was on and i was handeling other @calls thats why i dint have time to look into this case before you left.
However the Playerreport clearly shows that you tied the officer up and just drove off.

The officer was never alone at any point in time. When I left I told the other person there to deal with the officer as I drove off. The officer was left with someone who can call the police, release the officer (which he did), escort the officer to safety, ETC.
