I'm interested in Montero International because they help out the little guy. They provide security, financial support and business advice for the small and upcoming local business in and around EvoCity. Their HR department is also very warm and welcoming during their marketing/recruitment campaigns.
What makes you different from other applicants?
The aspect that makes me different from other applicants is my dedication. I'm an extremely dedicated person when it comes to my work. I take security very seriously as there are people in my care and my responsibility. I do everything I do to the best of my ability with the most efficiency.
What can you bring to our company?
I'll be bringing a new but experienced, dedicated security officer that'll work in the Citadel Security department but is happy and able to help out in other departments as well, including office/desk duty. I actually have previous experience dispatching for the police, therefore my management skills and cool head in stressful situations are great skills to have in your company.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for your interest in becoming an employee at Montero International. After reading through your application I am happy to take this further. What do you have to do? Absolutely nothing as of yet. I am going to have an internal discussion about the application itself, the people taking part in the discussion will consist of corporate members and the Director of Citadel Security (your desired department). After the discussion has taken place you shall receive an email (forum PM) updating you on your application status. If your application is accepted you will be invited to an interview which you are expected to attend. The only thing you'll need for your interview is yourself and suitable clothing (smart clothing. Dress shirt, Black dress pants, a tie is optional but encouraged.).
