Server [EU Live/EU Build/US Live/US Build/Event]: EU Live
Description: Firefighters or Fire Chiefs can't resupply. I tried the fire engine, locker, and the wooden crate. All give a message of 'You can't resupply from this!'.
Bug observed since: 9/29/2019, but Ben said that he hasn't seen any firefighters in awhile

Steps to Reproduce: become firefighter and try to resupply with the /resupply command.

Resupplying from ladder truck works.
Resupplying from rescue truck works.

Resupply crates don't work because they're not defined as resupplyable.
Fire engine had the wrong casing.
