Installed all the content two times already, restarted the game multiple times, etc etc but still have the same problem. I can see most content but there are some things that are still errors or checkered. Any idea what it could be?

This is a must-have for most of LL content, be sure to check all addons are enabled in ESC > Addons

Yup, have all the content and all the games mounted.

Yup, but most of it all is related to cityRP

Any new texture addons? that may be colliding with each other?

I would suggest that you try to delete anything that is not related to the packs, unsub from anything that isn't related.

Only have LL content installed now, still the same problem.

I'd suggest a Gmod reinstall, it may or may not fix the issue but it's worth a try if you haven't done so already.

Did a clean install with only LL content in my workshop, still the same thing.

Are you sure that you really fully uninstalled GMOD? When you uninstall it through Steam, the folder does not really get deleted.

Yeah, I can't see how that would be his issue.

Seems quite a few returning players experience the same issue. I am honestly out of ideas, I will try to get a dev to see if there is anything further you can do.
