Summary: Cool Cat was purposely driving past my house trying to annoy me with his siren. He kept returning and returning and after I confronted him OOC he came back and I quote "I decorated your house for you". I had a look and this is what I find:

The evidence to the returning and annoying me is shown in "Evidence". The build server is the build server for a reason and the only reason from my point of view from him being on that server was to minge, spam his siren to annoy people and then spam props.

As Coolcat failed to respond in a timely manner ill conclude this report for now with a 3 day suspension for malicious prop abuse, taking to account that this action was not accidental but infact planned and targeting a specifc individual.
